Elaine Walsh, MA, M. Ac, Cert. Detox Sp.(NADA)
Elaine joined the staff of the Pain and Wellness Center in 2007. For the past 11 years, Elaine has managed a successful private acupuncture practice in Salem and Peabody, concentrating on Japanese style acupuncture and Low-Level Laser acupuncture for adults and children.
Elaine has extensive experience in acupuncture therapy as part of Detox therapy programs and chronic pain management.
Elaine continues to be extremely active in acupuncture research studies, and has extensive teaching experience at the New England School of Acupuncture, where she co-taught with Margaret Naeser, PhD, Lic.Ac.
Elaine enjoys sailing, kayaking and swimming in the ocean. She has participated in archeological digs and is a painter and sculptor.

- Invited speaker at the 2008 North American Association for Laser Therapy Conference, Palm Beach, FL. Presented results of "A pilot study using low - level laser treatment to treat mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome".
