Ms. Thibodeau joined the Pain and Wellness Center in February, 2004. She has worked in medical administration for 21 years. Prior to that she worked in public relations at Lynn Hospital for 6 years. Her primary responsibilities are managing the day-to-day operations of the Center. In addition, she is responsible for handling workers' compensation patients as the liaison among the providers, patients and insurance companies. Ms. Thibodeau has extensive experience with computer software and training and is responsible for the coordination and management of the Center's transition to EMR.

Ms. Brownlie joined the Center in 2003, as the Director of Nursing. Her professional career involved working as a research nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD for one year, before moving back to MA. She worked for over 20 years in the Emergency Department and Operating Room at the Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett, MA. While there, Ms. Brownlie worked with Dr. Vaisman for several years, performing pain procedures. Her current responsibilities include all clinical management, and maintaining accreditation of the ambulatory surgical center.
