Dr Ordia/Dr Vaisman
In June of 2009, the United States Patent and Trademark Office has awarded a patent to Julien Vaisman MD and Joe Ordia MD . The patent relates to a tunneling needle design having an on-demand removable hub, defining a method for the surgical creation of a tunneled tract in the tissues of a living subject. Patent number is 7549996.

On March 3, 2009, the United States Patent and Trademark Office gave the seal of approval  for a patent describing a new method for surgically creating a tunnel subcutaneously, through the tissues of a living subject.  Dr. Julien Vaisman and Dr. Joe Ordia are the two co - inventors listed on this patent.

Transforaminal versus Interlaminar Epidural steroid injections in Lumbar radiculopathy secondary to spinal stenosis:
This is a prospective randomized study done in conjunction with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Pain and Wellness is the main site for patient recruitment.
