1. CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME is the most common repetitive strain injury. A study by Margaret Naeser, Ph.D. found 88% improvement in CTS symptoms in patients treated with a combination of acupuncture, low-level laser and micro-amps TENS.

2. FIBROMYALGIA is the second most common rheumatoid condition, affecting 8-10 million in the USA. A 2006 Mayo Clinic study found that women with fibromyalgia who received acupuncture treatment had significantly less pain and better quality of life when compared with the control group.

3. CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN is the number one pain condition and it is rapidly growing to epidemic proportions. A meta-analysis of 33 studies comparing acupuncture treatment for chronic low back pain to either sham acupuncture or no treatment showed significant improvement in pain symptoms for patients treated with acupuncture.

4. HEADACHES of various types, including migrane headaches, may be successfully treated with acupuncture without the "rebound" headache side effects of treatment with certain drugs.
