Leslie Levitan, NP

Leslie joined the Pain and Wellness Center in February, 2004 as a full time Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and worked as a full time staff nurse at Boston University Medical Center, treating post surgical patients, and at Tufts New England Medical Center, treating cancer patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and various chemotherapeutic agents.

She completed her Master's of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree in May, 2002, and worked at The University of Massachusetts Boston's University Health Services as a full time nurse practitioner, treating students, faculty, and staff members, in a primary care setting. While at The University of Massachusetts Boston's University Health Services, Leslie participated in the development and implementation of the Travelwell travel clinic. She was also a lecturer and instructor at the University of Massachusetts Boston's College of Nursing and Health Sciences for undergraduate nursing students.

Leslie is currently a clinical preceptor for graduate nurse practitioner students at The University of Massachusetts Boston's College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

Leslie loves to travel and enjoys exploring new countries and cultures.
