Dr. Friedman began his collaboration with the staff at the Pain and Wellness Center in 2005. He provides excellence in direct care and education to patients with neuromusculoskeletal problems. He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist - less than 1% of chiropractors have successfully attained this degree. Dr Friedman became the first certified chiropractor in Massachusetts to perform Manipulation under Anesthesia.

Dr. Friedman has been practicing for 20 years and is experienced in helping children and adults with a variety of conditions. He provides evaluations and treatments for patients with problems --ranging from back or neck pain, to fibromyalgia and disc herniations. He especially enjoys working with challenging patient cases.

Working in close conjunction with other specialists at the Pain and Wellness Center, Dr. Friedman focuses on using several different treatment approaches to target the root cause of a patient's symptoms. He values detailed patient education, aimed at the underlying reasons why patients experience their symptoms and how each treatment technique will attain success.

Dr. Friedman has been a longtime resident on the North Shore. He has two sons and is very active in a variety of local organizations.
