Leslie earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Masters of Science - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachussetts Boston. She began her nursing career at Boston Medical Center, in Boston, MA, where she worked in trauma surgery. Following that, she worked in Hematology/Oncology on a Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at The New England Medical Center, in Boston, MA. Upon becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Leslie worked in the Student Health Services Department at The University of Massachusetts, Boston, where she was part of a primary care team, and was a provider for the international travel clinic. She was also a clinical instructor for undergraduate nursing students at University of Massachusetts, Boston. Leslie joined The Pain and Wellness Center in February, 2004 as a full-time Nurse Practitioner.
