From Boston:

1) Take Route 93 North to Route 95/128 North.
2) Exit 45 (stay left onto Route 128) where 95 and 128 splits
3) Take 128 North to Exit 28. Stay in the middle lane on the off ramp, which will veer to the right.
4) Turn LEFT at the first light onto Centennial Drive (Technology Center).
5) Take your first LEFT into 10 Centennial Drive.
6) Turn LEFT into the complex and follow the sign that says "The Pain and Wellness Center", at the East Entrance
7) Turn RIGHT into our parking lot.

From Southeastern New England:

1) Take 95/128 North to Exit 45 (stay left onto Route 128) where 95 and 128 splits

1) Take Route 95 South to Route 128 North

From 128 North:

1) Exit 28. Continue STRAIGHT on the off ramp.
2) Turn LEFT at the first light onto Centennial Drive.
3) Take your first LEFT into 10 Centennial Drive (Technology Center).
4) Turn LEFT into the complex and follow the sign that says "The Pain and Wellness Center", at the East Entrance
5) Turn RIGHT into our parking lot.

**The Pain and Wellness Center is on Centennial Drive, directly across from the North Shore Cancer Center

****Please be aware: If you get to the Marriott Hotel, TURN AROUND! Go back down Centennial Drive, toward the 128 ramps, STRAIGHT through the stoplight, and take your first LEFT into 10 Centennial Drive (Technology Center). Then follow the above directions.
