Heather launched the outpatient physical therapy practice at the Pain and Wellness Center in 2005. She started her career working with neurological and orthopedic inpatients at various rehabilitation hospitals in Boston. The last 10 years have been spent working primarily in orthopedic outpatient clinics. Heather has extensive training and experience in orthopedic manual therapy and management of chronic pain. The majority of her postgraduate training has focused on the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Currently, Heather is enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute.

Heather lives on the North Shore with her husband and 3 young children. Her interests include yoga, running, skiing and tennis.
